Using hypnosis for insomnia

Believe it or not, 30% of suicidal cases are caused by patients seeking a relief for insomnia, but that is not the way to cure it. We have heard the typical remedies that old folks or well wishers give us:- have a warm cup of milk, count sheep or wear an eye mask. However, an insomniac will tell you that those won't work.

Very often, mild cases of insomnia happens because there is just to much of things going on in our minds. We think too much, worry excessively and can't seem to shut down our mind at night. Serious cases will see the sufferers hooked on sleeping pills. But relying on drugs long term is not healthy as well.

More and more people are turning to hypnotherapy for help. In hypnotherapy, we give suggestions to the client that sleep becomes natural and normal, and they would get an undisturbed rest. Once the subconscious mind accepts this suggestion, it becomes an automatic process for them.In hypnosis as well, we condition you to let go of daily issues in order to relax your mind and drift off to natural sleep. Depending on the situation, we might also regress you to find out reasons that may have led to the insomnia.

What ever the case is, it is always better to speak to a therapist to find out more about therapy sessions and how it can help you. Call +603- 7725 6615 or send an email to advancedynamicsasia@gmail.com

Testimonials

"I used to toss and turn all night in bed, disturbing my husband and only getting about 3 hours of sleep per night, leaving me feeling tired the next day. But once I tried hypnosis, I managed to fall asleep much more easily. By practicing self-hypnosis, I think it benefitted me tremendously too."
